hello, and welcome to my poem corner! i'm a writer, and i decided to bring my writing over to fr, despite my writing almost always being for myself.[/size=3]

• i write rhymed poems!

The lonely void calls, like how the angels fall,
In the winter rain, I stand and yearn
For the endless void, where none return.
All I desire, through the storm's roar,
Is to fall into the void, forevermore.[/size=3]

Her hands are soft, her laughter bright,
Spun from the gold of morning light.
Her dress flows light, like daisies in bloom,
Brushing the air with sweet perfume.
She runs through fields where wildflowers grow,
Bare feet kissed by the earth below.
The breeze lifts petals into the sky,
And she watches them dance as they pass by.
The sun drapes warmth upon her skin,
A golden touch that draws her in.
The world hums sweet, the meadow sings,
As she spins beneath the sky of spring.[/size=3][nextcol]
[size=4]A LOVE LETTER THAT WILL NEVER BE SENT[/size=4][size=3]
As I press the quill to the sheet,
I ponder love, so bittersweet,
The girls who fell so deep,
In love, they chose to keep.
I brace myself for the worst,
As i write down sweet words,
But deep down, I lament,
It is a love letter that will never be sent.

Ink-stained hands and tired eyes,
Parchment dust and midnight skies.
A threadbare coat, a book held tight,
A lonesome cry beneath the deep,
The silver curse that haunts his sleep.
Leather boots and careless grins,
Black hair swept by the restless winds.
A laugh like thunder, sharp and bold,
A rebel’s fire that won’t grow cold.
A spark, a flame, untamed, afar—
The lonely moon, the dying star.[/columns]
