Buying several XXX G1s so I can use them as Stock the Pond pairs is honestly not a completely unironic thought I've had LOL. It'd be fun!
Commission the worst possible UMA's. Real stinkers, even better if a person has never made one before, gotta support new and upcoming artists, let them get practice with the process. I'll take several copies.
Then, run raffles. Submit the dragon that makes these things look best, and one that makes them even worse. I'll snatch whatever dragons have the right colors and then gene them up to send out to the lucky winners. Cost obviously no object. Worst also gets some stuff from their wishlist, and a themed bonus, to add further uglyness incentive.
On a less creative note, crash the gened gen1 economy. Buy up a bunch of randoms and start playing.
Buy up all festival currency on the auction house. You don't earn it yourself, you don't get any. Or you at least have to learn when I'm online.
Every so often, choose a few random items that I now want. Clean out the AH. If the item has no site use, maybe hoardsell most of it. Eat the food. Next day start listing things in full stacks for half the previous low.
See if I can make the NOTN fodder drops worth something.
Send expensive items to random online users. Is it on their wishlist? Maybe, I won't check. I'm sure a full stack of gold muck will come in handy.

another idea: offer a g1/progen service where i take your newly hatched dragon, hit random on the breed + genes, fully gene it, and send it back. the good news is that you get a fully gened g1! the bad news is that you might have to regene it anyway

Exalt every single Imperial on the Auction House. I would be keeping an eye on it for as long as I played, buying as many as I could, causing their prices and rarity to skyrocket.
Now, a less evil thing that I would actually do is attempt to collect every single item, including UMAs, in the game. Excluding clanbounds and personal UMAs that were never for sale or giveaway, for obvious reasons.
