For all the Perilous Potions that I've killed in the Waterway, I've only ever seen it drop a single Night Flame once. The rest of the time, there's been no loot.

The new NotN enemies still haven't been added to the Game Database, so I changed the markup from "gamedb monster=" to "gamedb item=".
Bug report: Game Database not showing new NotN mons.
I couldn't find the main drops for Perilous Potion (Waterway) and Toxic Tonic (Volcanic Vents).
No loot from toxic tonic + database notn
Toxic Tonic not dropping anything
