Behind the door is a grassy area. It is nighttime and the crickets are loud, but not louder than the creature in the center, who is singing his heart out. With difficulty, you manage to catch both him and his jar of...oranges? A few coins out and you collect them as well.

As you step in, trying your best to ignore the tingling unease in yourself, you notice that your hair is standing on end. It seems like a storm is brewing. You hurry along, and with a startle, you realize that you are right in front of a slumbering Gaoler.
She wakes up, her eyes glowing with primal energy.
She mutters something incomprehensible and then shoots a grin at you.
The sky clears and she says, "take me with you."

You open the door, and above you, you see the surface of the water. Strangely, you don't feel anything, and the water keeps itself behind the threshold of the door, not spilling out. The orange blue darts around again, and this time, you can see that it is a fish. Then, startlingly, it starts to transform and warp, and in your hands a second later you find...

Three doors stand before you. All are of simple make, all are wood, but that is were the similarities end.
The first door is clearly the oldest of the three. The wood is heavily worn. It is cracked so much in some places that you could look right through. The room beyond is dark though, but occasionally a breif flash of something golden can be seen. However, upon approaching the door, a loud, low, buzz of something flies by.
The second door is old as well, but not nearly as old as the first. The wood is a weathered grey, and moss has started grow in sporadic patches. But the door is unsettling. There are noticeable gaps at the top and bottom where it doesn't meet the frame. Small cuts litter the door in these places. The lighter wood exposed by what could only be claws makes you hesitate. But as you turn away, you swear you can hear the creaking of swaying trees.
The third door is arguably the most pleasant of the three. It is stained a dark color, though with the low light it is had to tell what color exactly. A soft blue glow struggles out from the miniscule gaps between the door and its frame, but it is enough to tell that something is moving beyond the door, breifly blocking the light. You lean in close, trying to hear something, a hint of what might be beyond. You're not sure, but you think you hear a rustling of feathers.

You open the door, and are mildly amazed that it didn't disintegrate at the motion. You are quickly pulled from that thought as the sounds of countless skittering beetles reaches you. Looking into the room confirms it. It is filled with a variety of Scarabs. Along the back of the room is a table, upon which is definitely something made of gold. Before you can take a step though, You hear that loud, low buzz again. Looking up, you only have a moment to comprehend before a small swarm of red-gold Scarabs clumsily land on you.

You open the door, and instead of finding a room on the other side, you find trees. but there is something off about them. Their bark is a rough dark grey, and though they are bare of leaves, deep green vines and moss litter their branches and trunks. They shift, as if swaying in the wind, but there is none. A soft warbling cry reaches you, it sounds... lonely? Maybe a bit sad? Drawn on, you brave the strange forest. A clearing comes into view only a moment later, and you see the source of the call.

You open the door, and for a moment all you can do is stare. The door leads to a small glade. Glowing blue mushrooms of colossal size line the edge, occasionally separated by thin purple leaved pines. Smaller glowing mushrooms litter the ground, growing in impressively large clusters. So entranced are you, that you almost miss the movement out of the corner of your eye. Turning, you don't see anything at first, almost brushing it off as your imagination. But then a cluster of glowing blue dots moves, and suddenly it is clear what is approaching you.

Wispwillow Peryton
Familiar
Only shadow dragons can see wispwillow perytons after night falls. To others, they appear as a jumble of small floating specks of light. (Colored by Xemni.)
After been lost in a maze for days, you turn a corner and find three doors in front of you. They're all made of different materials, and all eventually join up, leading to outside. There is no noise between these doors, meaning you'll have to trust your gut.
The first door is weathered and old, with rusty hinges and pieces of wood falling off in cracks and dents. It's practically falling apart, yet still holds together with it's remaining strength. If you push it, it seems like it'd collapse with ease.
The second door is the newest, made of polished marble and granite. It's smooth to the touch, having no dents or imprints. There's an round table next to the door, with a silver key on top. Will you unlock this door?
The third and final door, is made of dyed glass. You can't see anything but colorful lights through the door however. There is no doorknob to open this door, meaning you'll have to break the glass to enter.
