PA stands for Private Auction! When you click on the Auction House link it's the big button all the way to the right. You'll get a notification when the seller sets it up and you'll just have to click on the button to purchase before the auction expires. It's really easy!

yup, what SilkVelvet said. I won't ask for payment beforehand; after I print the skins, you'll just get a notification on the auction house that you have a private auction to review, and you'll be able to just click buy for 350g like any other AH item.
I'll add you to the list now, and when they're printed I'll ping you here and the notifications should give you a ping for having a PA to review. thanks for your interest!
