Question: for that there [item=light sprite], does it only go to someone with a prerequisite like most levels sent, or is it anyone's game? Regardless I'll be training a few dragons for you guys!

anyone can win, as long as they have some tickets! the more tickets someone has the more likely they are to get drawn first of course, but anything can happen.

"Tix" is the number of tickets you get if you send in dragons for the listed payout. For example, if you send in a level 7 dragon to one of the receivers, you can get either 11,500t + 70 raffle tickets or 11g + 70 raffle tickets.
But if you decide to forgo payment, you can get no currency and 280 tickets instead - that's what "0t" means. Hope that helps!
