She can sense emotions and trace elemental energy through water, which would likely be useful. Despite that, she'd be unwilling to help, believing that the Tidelord's return would push her powers into disarray and hurt her. He'd provide funding. From questionable sources, but there's a lot of it - so who cares? Asram is a devoted follower of the dragon representing the vice of greed. He'd likely use his participation in the mission to later make the Fathoms feel like they owe him a favor and coerce them into doing something that may harm the rest of the world. Now that I think about, none of my dragons would be particularly helpful. He's a bit confused, and I don't think he's got the spirit.
