The dragons here watch you with a wary eye, and jump at the slightest movement. They have been rescued from a worse fate, but until they find a forever home they will still be skittish and jumpy, worried that they aren't yet safe. These dragons are up for adoption on the promise that they aren't exalted, since that is what they were saved from. Penelope is their guardian. They watch over all the lost dragons that are brought here.
[These dragons are completely free, but if you exalt them/resell them you can't adopt from us again. Penelope is NOT free. All dragons are named, even if unnamed in the photo. Dragons in a CR have already been adopted.]
