YUP! In an attempt to shift some of the last-minute Saturday dragons earlier, Water and Ice's raffle and pb prices are staying where they are until the push is over.
Did you know that usually almost 50% of the entire week's raffle dragons come in on Saturday??? That is a lot of dragons and a big strain on attendants, especially those online for the final hours. This is an experimental tactic to see if it will make things easier for the people working hard to accept and record all of your dragons.
Attendant well being is very important to us!!! And the prices are good compared to the fodder floor right now - so send those dragons on in and we'll be happy to take them today and tomorrow.

I like the idea of capping PB/raffle prices early, at least thinking from the POV of being one of the flights in conquest, haha. From an outside POV, it does make me a little sad that Saturdays might not be quite as lucrative. But well worth it for the sanity and health of those accepting dragons and recording all that info in the spreadsheets. I'll be interested to see how much of a difference it makes!
