Though she left the Wind flight long ago to live in the Scarred Wasteland, she retains a lot of pride in her heritage and sometimes goes back to visit her homeland.

After all if they can't fly yet why not have something that can? Free of charge of course but adults require just a small fee for demonstration as well as product itself. Unless you're a Snapper in which case it's also free.
