He keeps tracks of who are the embassadors and speekers, how many dragons of a certain breed are, how many dragons per flight, how this has changed over the seasons and why, among other things.
Besides his scrolls and books, the clan doesnt have a library to keep everything on. Magic scrolls are keep by each individual mages
