This is definitely Moszek! He didn't really set out to cut himself off from dragon society, he just happens to prefer living alone. Plus, he kind of needs to live in a swamp in order to work on his magic. He's blind, and a little grumpy, but he's really nice once he warms up to you.... Which can be hard because he considers the swamp and everything in it to be his charge.

He sometimes goes to the Windswept Plateau to see his clan mates but only once ever month or so! The rest of the time they come visit him. He doesn't mind company, but likes living by himself, in the peaceful wilderness.
