TOPIC | Rhaka'na a la Google Translate
As an apology for a long hiatus, here's a taste of the new and revised language! It will no longer be called Fervian. It is only Rhaka'na now. Here I wrote a poem in English, translated it into Rhaka'na, then back to English. The results are not as humorous as I thought, but there are a few parts that look a little strange.

“The Elements”
O Water, how cruel you are.
Drowning the small, flooding the world
Fleeing from those who need you
Cruel, to torment the world with indecision!
O Wind, all know your savagery,
How softly you blow in the morning,
Only to later rage like an animal.
Savage, to be so two-faced!
O Earth, so inconstant are you,
To tightly hold all things to your surface
And then shake them to the core.
Inconsistent and rude, you are!
O Elements, you deceivers,
Pretending to be so kind and caring
But then later to turn on the people
Like a pack of wolves turning
To kill their weakest member. Foul!
O Fire, so unlike your brothers,
Raging always, burning and destroying,
You seethe the waters and char the woods.
Bold, unchanging Fire deceives no one.
O Fire, unchanging Fire,
Never change your ways,
Never tame yourself to look benign
To deceive those you would kill.

“A’Kirharh”

“The Powers”
Ah Water, cruel you are!
Drown the small, storm the World
Running away from the needy
Cruel, to torture the World with tricks!
Ah Wind, all people know your wrath,
Calm you flow in the morning,
Only later you rage like a demon.
Wrathful, you great trickster!
Ah Land, truthless always,
Holding all things upon your back,
Only to shake them to their centers.
Full of lies and cruelty, you are!
Ah Powers, you liars,
Pretending you are good and loving,
But later fighting your friends
Like animals killing the weak ones
That live in their group. Foul!
Ah Fire, kinder than your siblings,
Wrathful always, destroying all things,
Boiling the waters and burning the trees.
Brave Fire changes for no person.
Ah Fire, unchanging Fire,
Never change your ways
Never calm yourself to look good
And trick your dead-people.

THIS IS SO GOOD THOUGH??? the poem works both ways and i love the sound of the language itself, it flows so well without losing the fierce draconic sounds in the rhythm sdfhfgbsdjfgh it's just so GOOD

Another great poem! I agree with Kandy. It doesn't lose that draconic feel in it.
