I don't mean nest eggs

Unhatched eggs have an expiration date, vault slightly increases it's time in this universal plane.

However, from that you get: rotted unhatched eggs, mostly will give you nothing but spoiled yolk, but there's a small chance it will give you a mutated dragon.

Otherwise, birthday and anniversary mass hatchings go bye-bye

Dragon food can carry diseases. You can do a quick check to make sure your food is clean before turning it into food points, but this costs treasure, it’s hard to remember to do, and it’s occasionally inaccurate. If you feed a dragon poisoned or infected food, they will gain the normal amount of health points minus two or three, but every few hours they will lose a few more until they are treated with some sort of medicine. Different food types use different medicines, so you have to remember what your derg ate so you don’t give them the wrong one and they become more sick.

I'd hate that

You can now rate dragons from 1-5 stars, you cannot turn it off.
