Ah yes. My flights festival. [center]Starting off with Ramses, the wild Wind Representative. Really, he only got this position because he was the oldest wind dragon in the clan. Other than that, he's not very qualified for the job. He doesn't talk very much, instead he prefers to scream or screech at the top of his lungs. Will fight anyone and anything. While not on duty, his main hobby appears to be bird-watching. He is more efficient in close-range delieveries, and leaves the rest to the other messengers and delivery-dragons.
