Post maintenance and I am also able to convert now!
Obviously it seems like this was a fairly small subset of players, but I had literally zero points (of food) for like 4 or 5ish days. Obviously I maxed my bar already but it is a shame that a lot of people lost bonuses or couldn't coli at all, so I was somewhat hoping for at least a free top-off or maybe a handful of bonus gathers. It is what it is though, especially since it seems to be an isolated issue. Thank you for the fix and heads up either way
