when you open a dragon's page you can see their levels on the right side on the screen!

you can level up your dragons in the coliseum, and we can take these 'levels' as payment. for example, the item you wanna buy is 50 levels, so you need dragons with levels totalling to 50. this could be 10 dragons that are level 5 (10*5=50) or 5 dragons that are level 10, so on and so forth. hope that clears things up!
