This guy sells fish that have been raised in the clan to be apparel pieces. Ume doesnt allow anyone else in the clan to wear them, as they are so violent. But he does sell them to selective dragons that prove they can be trusted. He often disappears for weeks on end to check up on all his fish. Ume and his fish get along great, and they even help him out when he does get into fights. They can be very dazzling when they want to, since his are special.
