Hello, we're the Aviary System! If you don't know what a plural system is, it's multiple people in one body.

We have a tendency to switch chaotically between singular and plural pronouns. I mean, there's a method to the madness, but it might be confusing to an outside observer.

Pretty much the only way to get an idea of who's talking is based on what emojis we use since it'll line up with our dragonsonas but good luck telling who's talking when we have multiple dragons of the same breed or haven't even finished the projects for some of ours!
Feel free to ask tho if you wanna know! I mean, given that FR communication is slower than, say, Discord, it might not be super helpful since the person you were talking to might be gone by the time you get an answer, but still!


Our avatar dragon will cycle between the core's dragon, an elemental representative of the current festival, or some other dragon that seems appropriate for an occasion.

We don't really exalt much anymore because laziness- or at least we don't go out of our way to buy fodder dragons, since we have too many in our storage already. We mostly buy and resell dragons for higher prices, or sell fodder to others from our collection of dragons.

Our host picked the shadow flight because he loves darker places (bright light hurts our eyes), loves the aesthetic, and loves the trickster vibe.

We're kind of obsessed with plushie dragons and I couldn't tell you why. We had to make an entire tab for them because we wouldn't stop collecting them. And also by making the collection official Emyr could justify splurging a few hundred gems on some permababies.

We're also fond of food dragons, they're very aesthetically pleasing.



We are a traumagenic plural system, currently undiagnosed. We're working on making dragonsonas for everyone in our system, housed here. Each of their bios will contain info about them.
We're pretty much always working on headmate dragon projects. It's a Sisyphean effort, since we're always splitting more headmates... but it gives us something to do! Feel free to ask about projects if you want

Please note that we have a heavy amount of fictives. The fictives do not choose who or what they're based off of. If you don't like a fictive's source, don't be rude to them about it.

Even though we're traumagenic we're pro-endogenic. The human brain is a fascinating thing, strange and diverse, and we see no reason that plural systems couldn't arise from methods other than trauma.

We're also pro-xenogender, and pro-neopronouns; heck, some of us use them! We're also pro-"weird" identities (non-human or "contradictory" stuff like mspec lesbians or what have you).

If you're against any of those things, DNI. This is not the platform to have a debate about it. This is funni dragon game, and if you're mad about people living their lives you should probably reconsider a few things about your worldview.

We don't use the forums very often, because we're just not super social. That's not to say we're not friendly, though, because generally we tend to be. Feel free to drop by and say hello if you want to though!



One of our biggest hobbies is D&D. Our other biggest hobby is playing video games, and as we fill out our collection of headmate dragons, that folder should give you a pretty good idea of the sorts of media we like.

We also dabble in a bit of writing, both for D&D and on-site, and do a bit of drawing. Not nearly as much as we used to, but we're trying to get back into it as we believe creative outlets are pretty important for us.

We also listen to a lot of music, though this is a borderline necessity since our ADHD can make it unbearable to not have constant auditory stimulation.
