I feel you on that, lol. I haven't really been an active part of BL community since DMMD days. I still love a good story, but since I stopped seeking out BL content all mentions of it around me fizzled out and now I'm completely out of touch with what's going on with the genre.

Well, except when Nitro+Chiral comes out of its nearly decade long slumber to put out another masterpiece into the world.

Which is to say — if you don't mind the heavier themes involved in it (though, I suppose, heavier themes are kind of a prerequisite of most BL, but still), Slow Damage is easily one of my favorite games, BL or otherwise.

(And if you ever find yourself playing it and wishing for someone to talk to about it, I'm addicted to this website and always happy to chat).

I wasn't sure if "concept dragons" is the right thread to ramble about antique BL, but yeah, AnK is a cult classic and I wholeheartedly recommend it (well, if you're still into that sort of thing in our current day)!

Then again, it's been many years since I was 13, so in my nostalgia I may be overestimating the depth of the material, lol.

Still, at least as far as BL goes, I haven't encountered any other work that made me feel that specific kind of way until Slow Damage came out a few years ago, so there's that
