There lies a small clan called Ma'at in the Tangled Wood that the ancient Egyptian gods call their new home. After the destruction of all their past worshipers during the birth of the Arcanist the very ideas of the gods were also destroyed. Tired and weak after years of existing above turmoil without the sustenance subjects gave they descended upon the planet. Once they touched the ground, however, they found themselves transformed into the dominant species that roam this land. Now, scattered across the earth they try their hardest to find one another again as they slowly regain their memories.
