A large Mesa contains the most mismatched, fiercely loyal clan in the lightning wastes. A topside cavern burrows deep into the mesa, with levels hollowed out all the way down, akin to floors of a building. Poking out of the hole are metallic prongs, and antennae, meant to capture the constant lightening storms, as well as other bits and bobs that you can't discern the purpose of.

You find a ramp downwards leading to the first level. Huge earthen pillars beat out a steady electric thrum, holding up the land above. You see a desk, and then another desk, and then, deeper into the gloom, another desk?

The first desk is covered in papers, schematics and booklets. They seem to be in an order, but whatever that order is, it's only known by the red Skydancer before you. They look at you over the rims of their half moon glasses, and stare for an uncomfortably long amount of time. She eventually nods, greets you, and pushes a large leatherbound tome towards you. You notice it's a sign in sheet.

The next has no attendant. You try to find something to ring, but no. You hear the clang of metal being beaten into submission in a forge, and the heavy scent of burnt...everything. You decide to keep walking.
