Clan Info
Clan lore is a WIP! Ignoring FR lore and they're in my own world/story.
I have an accent shop, I'll add a link here later. Old bio made small and kept here for nostalgia, but I've switched to shadow from nature because I was always in nature for the dark, ominous forests and the prevalence of cute springtime in nature aesthetic is not me so I've simply gone to the other mushroomy forest haha.
The game trail is soft beneath your feet and you can feel sunlight resting on your eyelids. It dapples the forest floor, sometimes warmly sliding across your shoulders. The moss is thick here, coating everything in a damp green, alive with a thousand tiny things you cannot see.
You pull out your map, uncertain of where to turn. You can't see the sky from here, the leaves are too thick: but you're sure you're heading in the right direction - there's a clan near here, there has to be. Did you follow the wrong trail? You look at your feet. Was there ever a trail at all? But maybe you've just wandered off track a bit. You brush off your worries like the leaves.
The trees are pressing close to you and the thick carpet of undergrowth absorbs your footsteps. There is less dappling light now - you wouldn't know which way to turn if you had to run. You should have planned this better. A squirrel scampers across a branch, a snail slowly crawls up a tree. You glance at your map. You know the nature clan is nurturing, and takes good care of their own. You don't worry about their hospitality. But you've forgotten that the forest is wild. The forest has found eternity in change, and bones lie under our roots. You stepped into an untameable world that does not end. You have forgotten that things left in the forest for too long tend to become a part of it.
You feel a soft breath on the back of your neck and I whisper,
You should know better than to seek out wild things.
