When Lord Ryujin of the Goldcrest Clan died Peaches was still a hatchling. The young dragon was next in line for the title of Lord but was too young to take leadership. Khanon acted as a lord while raising the young Peaches to be the next true Lord.

The crowd was silent as Peaches stepped up to the pedestal, light hallowed around his head. Peppercorn and Lavender close behind him, one on either side. They were waiting patiently to become his personal attendants as he is crowned Lord. He bowed down to the statue of his late ancestor, Sandstorm the original Lord. Light waved off the statue, wrapping around Peaches seeping warmth into his skin. The light slithered around his neck, wrapping around his horns and circling behind his head. It created a halo behind his head. Peaches had been accepted by Sandstorm as Lord. The crowd erupted into cheers
