Branching, dendrite-like fractal pattern genes, please! This would be awesome for tree/leafy/plant dragons, lightning dragons, plague dragons with a veiny theme, even rock dragons. Veined is a cool gene, but I want a matching primary and secondary! Something like these:

Might I suggest a new pair- Creased and Folded.
Gives dragons the appearance of being made of paper

(This obviously wouldn’t affect the lineart, these are just examples to show different folding styles)
YES! Absolute support! :DD

Constellation for gaolers please? I love the pretty soft sparkly effect it gives maned dragons like tundras and pearlcatchers, and would love to be able to apply it to the Big Floofs.

I love it but... if it can't be drawn properly, then just don't do it at all.

Roots / Leaves would be great prim/sec gene pair x____x We now have Petals/Butterfly and Bee genes but I'd also really like the same kind of pattern to secondary gene as Janus trap has on its leaves, less flowery/buggy thing than we now have. Would look amazing on coatls' feathers as every feather would look like a leaf, same with skydancer's feathers.
I've also wanted a scales/fins/(fins) pair or triplets x___x
Edit: I made a mockup of the leaves gene ^^' But it might look too much like butterfly -gene and it needs simplifying but you get the idea :D

This is so needed! We have many genes with different inspirations, but we don't have a plant based gene yet. It would be really great to have something like that.

I absolutely LOVE how this looks and would love to see how it would play on the wings!
PLEASE FR, GIVE ME PLANT GENES

YES to plant-based genes!!

A 'Sponge' gene would be perfect for villain OC's! It would have holes speckled through the wings that you could see through, as if a few termites gnawed a few tunnels. It'd be a little bit tattered.

A secondary gene counterpart to Capsule that makes the dragon's wings (and maybe the horns as well?) translucent and full of fluid. Maybe with small charms inside like shells, beads, etc? It could be called Glass (secondary).
