Asides from the nonexistent mobile version of the site, what I bothers me the most is the extremely clunky and boring process of bonding with familiars. I don't know why they haven't added a "bond with all" button or something similar. There's no reason to not bond with one, and for big lairs with 50+ dragons it would be so much better than going through each and every dragon's page. I have 47 active dragons and I've given up bonding with their familiars since there were 20 of them because of this

The lack of function with players in the friend list. We could use a tiered system for interacting. For example, who can comment on the profiles, send private messages and crossroads. Such as no one, only friends, everyone.

I really just wish we could sell gems for treasure in the AH

are you aware of the keyboard shortcuts for familiar bonding? before I was I thought familiar bonding was a huge pain too, but it's super quick now!
(if you position your cursor over the bond button, you can click it and then press the right arrow on your keyboard, which will move to the next dragon, and then you can click bond again, and repeat)

Oh I didn't know, thank you for telling me. Still it would be much faster if they reduced it to just one or two clicks

The quickest way to bond with familiars is on a computer, and open two separate windows: one on a dragon's profile page, and the other on the "Choose Familiar" page, side by side. Follow these steps:
1) On the "Choose familiar" page, organize them by Bond Level: Not Awakened and Bond Status: Not Bonded Today.
2) Click the Bond button on the window of your dragon's page; do not click "Okay" on the subsequent pop-up yet!
3) Click the icon of the next familiar to bond with. As you bond with each familiar, the previous one's icon will disappear from the list. This is the purpose of the "Not Bonded Today" Bond Status.
4) Now you can click "Okay" on the pop-up in step 1. This will refresh the page with the next familiar to bond with. Repeat until you are done!
This will minimize clicks to 3 per familiar and is fairly quick, especially if you don't have a large lair and/or don't want to go through the tedium of assigning a familiar to each dragon and then pressing an arrow key to scroll to the next dragon's page.

Not being able to organise my Dressing Room outfits into tabs or look through them based on poses. That is by far the biggest pain for me.
But also, not being able to have more than 300 morphology slots, not being able to mass select items in PMs or CRs so sending gifts to friends or Dominance discount items is a literal nightmare, and the fact that the Crossroads do not have a limbo for their items so if one single item is moved, you're done for because the entire delivery breaks. Let's not forget the fact that you can't input the name of the item in question so if you have 10,000 apparel items in your hoard, you might as well perish.
Those are my personal hells, a lot of other people are pointing out really important things too.

@Jynxynis I don't know if you know this but you can fix that at least to some extent by bookmarking your search, that's what I do. Just make sure that you submit the search first and then you can bookmark it. If I had to add like 300 colours (total) to my parametres every time I wanted to look for dragons on my list, I'd go out of my mind.
