There actually would be a way to fix it. Base the dom bonus on the average number of levels exalted in each flight over the previous say 6 months. That would be a far more accurate measure of dom participation than flight size. Yeah, the smaller flights would still have some advantage, but it wouldn't likely be 2-3X. It also means that really large flights with small percentages actually doing leveling and exalting could actually have a reasonable dom battle with some of the smaller flights. As it is, it's just not worth the time and currency to bother. Heck, if Earth hadn't backed off a bit toward the end of last week, Shadow probably wouldn't have gotten first place in an uncontested conquest. That right there tells you something is broken.
