This is a Male Snapper. Sunshine/Teal/White Ripple/Seraph/Circuit
As of the moment of me searching for him and posting him here, this dragon does not exist.
He was created by the scryer, randomly.
This is a female Imperial. Hickory/Shadow.Eldrictch Metallic/Peregrine/Runes
She also doesn't exist as a "real FR" dragon. The scryer made her randomly as well.
Because neither of these dragons exist with a real ID# to enter into Forsee Progeny, even if I were interested, I can't see what kind of babies they'd produce together. Because no "living" dragon exists for me to use their numbers. All I can do is hypothetically scry what they could look like.
This is somewhat problematic.
This dragon does exist. He's mine. Navy/Gold/Ivory Savannah/Toxin/Opal
His genes are set, I know what I want him to look like. He's missing his Toxin gene, however, so he's only Savannah/-/Opal right now.
He's the only SD in the game with those colors and gene combo. And his genes are incomplete, so, technically, he doesn't exist in the game either.
This is his mate. She also exists. Navy/Gold/Platinum Skink/Hex/Glimmer ... or also Opal.... or maybe Lace... or Gembond.
She doesn't have any of her genes, so while her number exists, the way she's going to look in the end doesn't yet. She's all Basic. So plugging her with her mate into Forsee Progeny gives me a lot of Basic/Basic/Basic. I can't see how Platinum and Ivory are going to interact. '
I'd love to be able to see what the color variation would be, so I can decide between Glimmer/Opal/Runes for her.
So, the suggestion is for some sort of "temporary" dragon ID number . A sort of temporary number that shouldn't interfere with regular ID generation would use the prefix S to denote that it's from the scryer and not a "real" dragon. It'd be something that'd only work within Forsee Progeny.
Using, my female's scry results, for example.
Her code looks like this:
age=1
body=20 (Primary Color)
bodygene=15 (Primary Gene)
breed=13
element=1 (Eye Color)
gender=1 (Female)
tert=4 (Tert Color)
tertgene=10 (Tert Gene)
winggene=14 (Secondary Gene)
wings=45 (Secondary Color)
Her number should come something like S1201513114101445
Her mate would look like this:
age=1
body=20 (Primary Color)
bodygene=18 (Primary Gene)
breed=13
element=8 (Eye Color)
gender=0 (Male)
tert=44 (Tert Color)
tertgene=17 (Tert Gene)
winggene=12 (Secondary Gene)
wings=45 (Secondary Color)
His number would come out like S12018138044171245
Underlines are where the number changes, between the two.
The snapper code would reads like this: S146596021529
The imp code would come out this: S18817881176141112
I think this is a much needed feature to help plan out breeding pairs, especially with the tendencies of Poison/Toxin, Jupiter/Saturn, Petals/Butterfly, Skink/Spinner, Opal, to introduce novel colors into the base. It's a fantastic addition to breeding, but it makes determining whether a range is "worth it" to to breed because some of the middle colors could have a poor or very clashing color output.
Ultramarine is extremely blue, but when Poison is applied it gets a bright ORANGE contrast (it's fabulous, I love it!), Silver also gets orange colors with Poi/Tox but in the meantime, there are a lot of colors in the middle that really might not strike everyone's fancy.
More relevant is that those orange tones only appear in Poi/Tox
A way to sample what these two would produce if bred together, especially if neither existed as this particular breed/gene combo would open up a lot of interesting breeding options and allow better breed planning.
Would Ultramarine PoiTox be worth crossing to Silver Pet/Butt, when some of the results would look like this?
