I know, right? I was just looking through some art and saw a key necklace and realised that those would be adorable. Cans and basic empty bottles and jars would look sweet as well.

OH RIGHT, regarding ships, I am 100% sure dragons use ships and boats. Just because they are draconian doesn't mean they aren't people. They are still an advanced society that relies on a healthy infrastructure and good relationships, trading, manufacture, transport, selling and buying, agriculture, etc. Building water vehicles isn't just a helping hand, it's a necessity. I am not talking about the website now, I'm talking about real life.
They would simply require large water or even aerial vehicles for transport. They are a booming society that is in need of resources such as food, building materials, crafting materials, chemical compounds, latest technology, etc. An advanced society in development requires adaptation, especially faster means of transport.
Several dragons of mine in lore have carts, desert buggies, ships and boats, even aerial ships. It's not just possible, it's inevitable, so yes, I entirely support your idea.
