TOPIC | Commas in large numbers

If it is at all feasible, could commas be added to large numbers in the site? Such as amount of treasure in auctions and messages, the treasure displayed beneath your name, amount of available food, lair expansion costs, marketplace prices, etc.
Personally, I have a hard time deciphering numbers without commas, particularly very large numbers with lots of zeroes (for instance, my next lair upgrade costs 400000 or some auctions cost 5000000t). I have to sit there and highlight the zeroes in batches to ensure I'm not making some calculation error.

I don't know how difficult it would be to implement, but the addition of commas could make the listed features much easier to decipher. While not a necessary change, it could save some people who have difficulty with numbers a lot of time and headache.

Thank you for the consideration.

@ZephiraZ Spaces could also be an option to consider.

I'm gonna breed change all the deities into Wildclaws.
Looking to buy a 5 digit, btw!
Support for spaces rather than dots or commas (since different regions have different usage for these two symbols).

Though if commas or dots would be implemented it would still be better than now.

I'd support spaces more than commas, as many languages use other punctuation, but anything to separate would be great.

Commas marks the decimal point in my region, and given that the user age goes down to 13 that could get really confusing for younger users - so using spaces would probably be better.

Don't forget to ping me @Aryllia to get my attention.
I am not opposed to any of the suggestions above. Commas, spaces or periods would be very helpful.

It would be nice if we could toggle them on or off, so that people who don't want to see commas in their numbers or spaces in their numbers can see it however they want, but this has been suggested before, and I believe most people shot it down. That's why I suggested the toggle, so it can be viewed on an individual basis, but that's probably too complicated to implement.

4k vs 40k, I can't see it, and it is very problematic.

That right there is exactly the thing that drives me nuts with my dyscalculia. (dyslexia of the numbers.) Aside from having to figure the number up in the auction house to figure out exactly how much I am paying per item to figure out which one is the best deal, when the numbers to begin with are hard for me to see, that right there is part of why I have such a hard time with treasure on this site. The numbers have no commas so when I try to read it my brain just stops working and I have to stare at it for far longer than I should need to, and hold papers up to the screen to separate it out just so I can see it, and even then it's a problem.

With @Guiliastes post taken into considderation it even stops being a convenience problem and turns into an accessibility problem. Which means something should be done.

Would spaces help you too or is what you are used to (commas or periods) more useful with dyscalculia? I guess I'd better ask someone that has it than trusting any information on the net.
