The contest is for light-themed skins & accents[/url] that will drop in the coliseum and stock in the treasure marketplace only during this holiday week (after which they will be retired.) They prefer to be unbiased and logical, revealing the nature of the world like the rays of the sun. Of all the dragons, light dragons are the most scholarly, holding the pursuit of truth as the highest virtue a dragon might aspire to. Scrolls and relics are their favored treasures. [center][size=4][b]Region Information[/b][/size][/center] It is in the mysterious voided empires and monuments of this sun-specked land that the Lightweaver and her children have made their homes. These structures, which have existed since before dragonkind, are still the subject of study for many fascinated archaeologists and scholars. Crumbling ruins are all that visibly remain of the world that came before. No copyrighted characters). The use of texture is discouraged. Please do not watermark your contest submissions. Entries must be unique and may not be reprints or edits of custom skin items. Winning entries will become an official flight rising skin or accent, and may not be reused or re-uploaded as a custom skin at a later date. (this includes edits) Entries that are not selected will still be eligible for being uploaded by the user as a custom skin or accent. [br][br] ------ [br][br] [center][size=5][b]Skin & Accent Rules & Reminders:[/b][/size][/center] A reminder to read the [url=http://flightrising.com/main.php?p=skins]skin & accent creation rules[/url]. All entries must abide by these. [b]The exception and addition to the existing rules is that we are are requiring all [i]holiday contest accents[/i] cover a minimum of 5% of the dragon, and a maximum of 50%[/b] (this is a change from the custom accent rules, which state an accent may be 1%-30% - this rule still holds true for all non-contest accents.) Accents are recommended to be markings rather than apparel, which is provided through the festive favors shop. Here some additional reminders for skin rules: [LIST] [*]Skins must maintain an intact shadow and line art layer that are darker than the colors they sit on top of. [LIST][*]Do not erase into either of these layers. [*]Do not make them so light that they do not appear distinctly darker than the colors that they rest on top of.[/LIST] [*]Remember that skins and accents may not cover up line art or extend beyond the silhouette of the dragon. [*]All submissions must be 350x350 png24 with transparency. Large previews are fine, but we need the correctly sized image for judging. You [b]may enter up to 3 times[/b] Two entries may be dragon skins, while a third may be a hatchling skin.
