I made this guide on tumblr but decided to share it here for how I design filigree for skins, I had to cut the image up because it was too big for the site to display properly:

This is pretty obvious but for anyone that wants to draw perfect crescent moons without freehand, use those circle tools:

[b]Alternatively, you can also use a normal opaque brush tool. Just pick a size and place one dot and then use an eraser with a smaller size to make another dot in whichever corner you want. For me this method is harder to get a nice consistent crescent moon.[/b]

As for the pinglist, I have thought about making one but I decided not to because there just isn’t enough things I can think about to make a guide on that isn’t already on the internet that explains it 200x better than I could. I most likely won’t be making a lot (probably less than 5) so you won’t really be missing out on anything. The thread doesn’t get a lot of posts so going back to previous pages shouldn’t take very long and if it does I’ll probably provide links at the front page for navigation in the future.
