ibisPaint X and MediBang Paint are pretty good for mobile. Krita is good for pc. All should be free

Wait krita is actually better? Thought sketchbook was better, I have both krita and sketchbook. @

I've never used sketchbook so I'm not really familiar with it, but krita is pretty good also
