If it's listed as soft retired, I will accept dragons for single reprints at 750 levels/accent or 1440 levels/skin during the week prior to the flight's elemental holiday IF I am currently in that flight. - Regular push promo Skins I make that aren't specific to dom will most likely be soft retired (available for single reprints for a blueprint + gems) at the end of the week.
