@Wylin Thank you! I hope it does print so you may have your buff snapper![emoji=snapper laughing size=1]
@Havic Since you asked for some feedback, here's my thoughts! Just constructive criticism, so don't take anything personal! I love the idea for the rotwing! [emoji=familiar heart size=1]
Are the lines/shadows on my entry too subtle? Should I make them darker?
I think you could definitely darken the lines a bit. It feels a bit soft compared to the dragon's actual lines.
Also, is the fake transparency too light?
I think transparency always gives skins/accents a strange softness because the dragon colors beneath are so vibrant in comparison, especially if the texture from the genes doesn't fit the skin/accent that well. It's a bit of a let down, especially for something as detailed as these claws are. The idea looks great, but I don't think the transparency helps elevate it much.
I think transparency is best for small aspects of a skin or accent to give it a unique pop of color for each dragon. Things like completely transparent gem shapes, or for something more plague-like, transparent pustules or gloop, would all do well. When it's a large area like this, it feels more muddied by the brown-tones of the rotwing.
Maybe you can bring most of the rotwing to 100% opacity, and then erase only a few small transparent parts for veins or pustules to show through? Could give it kind of an interesting look, and will still let some of the dragon color through. Just an idea though! Maybe save a second copy to play around with before you adjust stuff.
These are just my two cents though, and I wish you luck! :D

@Razrroth
Thank you so much for the feedback! I'll definitely see about making the lines bolder, and I'll try another version that's 100% opacity and see if I like it better. I kind of figured the transparency on the claws wouldn't be ideal, but I wanted to test it because the idea sounded cool in theory, but in practice it just didn't work out with the gene patterns.

Could I get a bit of advice? I'm not sure whether the rotrock rim design on the underbelly makes it a bit too busy or helps with the balance. (This is going to be a full skin, not just an accent.)

Back again because some new fantastic skins have been submitted <3
@Pieri Oml. I can not get over how much I love your submission! Female snaps have never been my favorite but if your skin wins I'll probably have to end up buying one [emoji=snapper love size=1]
@corprus Aaaa what a gorgeous skin (accent? i have no idea)! Mushrooms are always a great way to go, and it covers just the right amount of space to look nice!
@Parda I cannot put into words how much I adore your submission. Like Pieri's, I'm not a big fan of the breed involved- but your submission is so amazing that I might just have to force myself to love tundras.
Again, thank you all so much for doing the plague flight some justice this RoR!

@Parda Your Vermin accent for Tundras is divine. The wing attachments and the carapace armor look very natural on the male design (and the drips of goo for flavor).
@igenious I don't think it would be too busy. So many Nocturne designs focus on only the wings OR the underbelly. A gentleman resplendent in knickknacks and uncanny regalia is just what we need. Keep the veining.
