@Aequorin I found a little problem on the Female Gaoler Skin Base while working on a skin entry for the Festival! So the problem is: that when I select the extra bases of the horns and Wings it selects invisible parts out of the lineart. When i select the main base everything is good! I want to know how much percentage it covers. Can you go to this link: link
And upload your skin, then check how much percentage it covers? It should say. If it covers more then 30%, you should retitle it to a "Skincent", if it covers less then 30%, you should retitle it to an "Accent". Although, I'm not sure saying 'Skin', 'Accent', or 'Skincent' matters too much. Ok, that's all! xD

all your accents are really cool and creative, you're just missing the shadow and lineart layer on ur judging pieces. when saving an accent (at least on photoshop) as a 350x350 png24, make sure you have the lineart and shadow layer selected, otherwise ur pieces will be automatically disqualified. This link here explains how to save and export an accent properly (for photoshop, and u gotta scroll down a bit) in order for it to be able to be turned into an accent. there are different tutorials for different programs around the forums, just ask and someone should be able to point you in the right direction. i just want to make sure you all have a fair chance!

.. after 3 days of making a Dragon skin ... the entry for the contest is done. this is

first time making a skins for dragon, and i forgot how to use photoshop lol XD .. it feels killing me slowly .. lol.
I hope I didn't make a mistake here.

@velvetufo - thanks for the pointer, I'll try to edit mine if I can. I don't have the option to save in png24 though /first time I ever hear of it actually/ - my program doesn't support it. Is that a problem? Is it too different from just png?
