I'm not really sure what FR's policy around gore in accents is, can I get
this concept checked to make sure it's ok? It's supposed to be a cannibal dragon.

Goblincat Skins are judged on a case by case basis. All skins that contain gore are approved or rejected by a site owner, as they decide what content they allow on the site. Generally, the more graphic the gore, for instance severed bleeding limbs, the less likely it'll be accepted.

Hey FR, sorry to bother again
I recently got a critique asking to resize my skin and align it properly, despite trying to follow the tutorial on the skins page I'm still having a hard time understanding how to align it as my very first skin
I only have a limited amount of time to try again resizing in Photoshop, as my computer with the file is hanging by a string! It's a very stressful and unfortunate situation [emoji=coatl scared size=1]
All files have been resized to 350x350 and made transparent, this is just how these examples were taken but should it look like this when submitted?

@SpitfyreFlier Resizing outside of photoshop should be fine as long as the document proportions remain the same. Your first example here is what it should look like when submitting, but be sure that the image is transparent and that the white background is not still turned on. This is what your layer set up should look like when you are merging your artwork down:

And when saving the png file check to see if transparency is selected like this:
