i know i contacted the flight rising admins in the contact us a few months ago about accent #11077 but they stopped replying and havent replied in 2 months so im asking here again

I will be replacing the cyclosus accents over time. You're free to either hang onto that copy until it becomes a design similar to what it was, or you can return it for a refund.

I purchased an accent from player @Plume, Wingly Arrangements for 360K treasure on 6-7-2015 Item# 10826, that one day appeared as a broken image and says it was removed for image violation. I wrote to the seller asking what they were going to do about it, refund my treasure or fix it. I have never received a reply. They have not been on in a very long time. The date and time of the PM of my payment for this accent is: Jun 07, 2015 18:12:24.
I also prepaid for another accent from the same player but never received it. I have the PM as well as where in the thread where it shows this.
I wrote support but never heard anything after the email saying my submission had been received. I'm not sure how this works or if this is even possible to fix if the player is no longer here. Is there any way for me to be reimbursed for these and a note given to the seller that I was reimbursed? At the top of the thread it does say that their life has gotten busier. Or is that just my bad luck?

Hi, I just had a skin submission denied and was wondering if I could have a clarification on the message sent to help me decide how to make alterations,

Ridge M) Although this design is very well executed, Flight Rising would like to avoid skin designs that give the impression of living creatures that appear to be suffering or in pain from massive wounds. Please alter the color of the red, dripping blood to something that would not come from a living creature before resubmitting."
This accent was never meant to depict any [i]actual wounds or injuries[/i] on the dragon itself, just lots of splatter pattern. I've been squinting at it a while, and wondering if it's some of the darker splots that are being mistaken for injuries? Would it help if I lightened those areas so it's clear they're not wounds / reduced them / clipped those particular parts out the accent?
