"I may come... I'm sure you'll look fantastic in your maid of honor dress." He smiled faintly. "I'm... nineteen, I think." Soren said hesitantly. "No one's really sure how old I am."
"Aww thank you! And that's cool, I wish didn't know how old I was, because then I could say I'm the oldest of the family and not be called "tiny" or "the baby of the family" literally that's how my parents introduce me to everyone. Including people I know already. But I guess it's fine. I mean, I don't get to do stuff normal Royals get to do, just because my parents don't want me to get hurt, even though I'm a immortal, which is weird, Ya know?" She blushed slightly, from the compliment and the speech she basically just gave.

"No, knowing your age is something amazing... I really wish I knew mine. I was a foundling... Lucifer found me in the wastelands of the underworld when I was really young... not much more than a toddler, really." He coughed suddenly, covering his mouth with a handkerchief. Whatever had come out of his mouth quickly stained the red fabric black, and then began to burn it away like acid.
Not now... not now! He thought, then he looked up at Lottie.
"I've got to go..." Soren managed to say before he glided away from her, vanishing in the trees of the gardens.
He landed in a small clearing, feeling his teeth start to grow longer and sharper. Claws split his fingertips and the smoke coming from his wings turned black.
Desperately, Soren looked about for something he could Eat. Something to keep it from coming out completely...

"No it's not that grea- okay bye!" She hovered there, watching him retreat. Shortly thereafter, she tried to subtly enter the ballroom again, hoping she wouldn't bump into someone or asked to dance with someone. She made a beeline towards her parents, although the she was a ways away, and had to wiggle in between people.

There was a small rabbit in the bushes, and it didn't seem to have seen him quite yet. Swiftly, he grabbed it, killing it quickly.
"I'm... sorry..." Soren whispered to it. He bit into its side, then after a moment he shivered, returning to normal. It was the souls that did the trick... that kept the monster at bay. The soul always lingered in the bodies of his victims, long enough for him to consume it.
Soren dashed his hand across his eyes, drying the tears that had started to form. After several minutes of taking deep breaths to calm down, he sighed softly. At least it hadn't been Lottie... he would never have forgiven himself.

(Am so sorry it's a rabbit. Really. ;-;)
(It was the first thing that came to mind that would probably be in the gardens.)
Soren stood shakily, one hand pressed against a tree trunk for support. He felt cold... even though the evening was warm, and his fingers ached fiercely. He had little holes at the tips where his claws had stabbed through. These didn't bleed. They never did, even though they should.

(Lol it's fine, I totally understand, don't worry about it^^)
"Oh crap," Lottie muttered as she saw a tall muscular angel walking towards her. The dancing had started, meaning she needed to get to her parents. She was halfway there. And he was still following her. Shoot. Walking slightly, she almost reached her family, when a large wrist gently engulfed her own.
(Lol would you role play him for me? Idk he's just a guy we can add, I don't even have a name for him, I just thought to add a few more angels into this rp.^^)

(Aye, Captain.)
"Hey." The angel said, and he bowed low, letting go of her wrist.
"Would you do me the honor of dancing with me?" His emerald green eyes gleamed, and he smiled.
Soren entered the palace again, but he stuck to the edges of the crowd. He noticed the dancing had begun, and started to make his way to where he saw Lottie in the crowd, but he froze when he saw the large angel talking to her.
Most of the demons weren't dancing, so he stood out like a raven amidst a flock of doves.
Mariah spun past him, dancing with one of the angels she had given a double high five to. Her bright red eyes were practically shining as her partner dipped her, then twirled her around and around so her dress swirled outward like flames.

"I-uh sure, I guess?" She let him drag her to a spot on the dance floor. She really was trying to break out of her shell at this party, after all, it was only one party, right? Nothing too bad could happen, right? Blushing slightly, she tried not to look at the sly looks her parents were giving her.
Meanwhile, her parents were fairly entertained. "Aww she looks cute with him!"her mother elbowed her husband. "Yes, I agree, she seems slightly flustered though, it's Lottie, she's normally shy," he smiled towards the two. "Well my lady, let's dance, shall we?" Her father asked as he held out his hand to his queen. "Of course! Why wouldn't I?"

"Might I say, you look lovely tonight." The angel said smoothly as they started to dance.
Soren backed away, still feeling cold and weak. He started slightly as someone tapped his shoulder, and he turned to look at the angel who stood beside him.
"Uhm... would you like to dance with me?" She asked, and Soren just tilted his head to one side as he looked her over. She was rather curvy, but her dress was a tad too revealing for his liking. She wore ruby red lipstick and so much makeup on her face that she looked like one of those porcelain dolls his grandfather stored in the attic. For possession training for the poltergeists. Humans always claimed they were haunted, and for good reason.
Soren raised an eyebrow at her, then wordlessly offered his hand. He truly didn't want to, but he had no other choice at the moment.
When she placed her hand in his, he reluctantly led her onto the dance floor.
