So in order to use another's power he must learn how to control someone else's before if he doesnt the power will not work as well or it will go crazy, he doesn't need to touch them to use their power but they need to be near him like 12 feet, he can switch powers but he cant use multiple at the same time. The more powerful the power the harder it is to control. He cannot be given powers; he is only able to take/steal powers. He has no other power so if he doesn't have anyone around with a power he relies on his normal self. Physical powers are not good to copy so he doesn't do it often; these usually end painfully. Whenever his power is in use these markings seem to glow, though this doesn’t seem to be true for more subtle manipulations like getting a better hand. His long hair also seems to have a red tint to it, as if it’s been dyed in so much blood that it’s become permanent. [b]Personality: [/b] Kado’s appearance matches his rather fierce personality. Kado is defiantly the type to stab first and to ask questions later. Will definitely manipulate a person if he thinks he has to or that it will benefit him. An obvious portion of his personality is that he can hold a grudge like nobodies business, and will often remember the smallest slight against his person with absolute clarity. The opposite is also true, and he will often seek to repay any unwarranted kindness so he is not in debt to a person. Kado is soft only to people that he cares for including his husband and his younger sister, and makes sure that his usual darkness doesn’t affect them all too much. [b]Power:[/b] Card manipulation: Allows for Kado to summon from and manipulate any card around him. Cards with creatures or items on them can have the imprinted thing brought into the real world under Kado’s control. Cards that are apart of games (like yugioh) have to follow the rules of the games that they are apart of, meaning that basic playing cards are the freest in terms of manipulation due to the multiple games that use them. Games with more rules and less games (as in are only used for one game and as such only have one set of rules) are often more powerful due to strict nature of the rules, while the basic playing cards are weaker due to the numerous amount of games and rules associated with them. Relatively careless, Seishi is almost constantly covered in an array of bandages that don’t have anything to do with his power. Prefers baggy and soft clothing that only helps in giving him a more innocent look. [b]Personality:[/b] Considered by all that know Kado to be his softer half. Seishi is the one to soften Kado and make sure that he thinks about his actions before performing them. Calm and patient, Seishi is an easy person to get along with and an even easier person to befriend. hough being his friend will not help you if you manage to get on his bad side [b]Power:[/b] Ghoul: Seishi has grown an extra organ located near the base that creates 1 long colored tail that splits into nine near the middle. Each of them covered in razor sharp scales that gave a fur-like appearance and ending in a mouth filled with razor sharp fangs. Each of the white scales is surrounded by a vibrant shade of red with the mouths themselves being seemingly uncovered by those scales and leaving them a vibrant shade of red. The organ adds a new and unknown cell to his blood and makes any foods and most liquids (excluding coffee and water) that he consumes to be near impossible without being sick. When he does not eat for a long time he goes into a beast-like state where he will hunt down the closest human and devour them with little thought on being caught or of consequences. The only upside that he can think of is the accelerated healing and the invulnerability from all bladed weapons and nearly all projectiles.
