“There’s no need to be so cryptic.” Florien mused as she eyed the vial. She knows blood when she sees it. What an evil liquid. So sticky and weird and always falling out of her face at inopportune times.
She followed him towards some other people. A hand subconsciously brushed against her nose, checking for one of her terribly common nosebleeds.

Hayden tucked it back into his pocket and told Florien about each of them, saying practically nothing about himself, but that was the way Hayden was, sharing things about himself wasn’t on the top of his list.
