Hello! This roleplay will be a Warriors series one that will be set into the distant future in the lake territories with a set plot and “home” made cat group. Please be aware you may be spoiled at any time for both series and roleplay (sorry about that lake spoiler oops.)!

We have five major cat groups that will be participating in this roleplay that you can choose to make characters for. ShadowClan, ThunderClan, RiverClan, WindClan, and, the rogue group from the mountains, the Howlers.

Most of this will be based around ShadowClan (Ivypelt is the one who gets the omen) so feel free to make join there or spread out a little (no complaints if y’all have little subplots in other Clans. That’s cool!) Highly suggested is at least one character is here since this is where the omen originates.

The plot is: a cat, Ivypelt, receives an omen from StarClan, which everyone misinterprets as a warning, at first, that the clans are going to be torn apart. The clans assume it’s the rogues coming to attack them but they eventually figure out that that’s wrong.

Why the Howlers? The founders of the group are said to be big as dogs and future generations howl as tribute to this. They live in the mountains and oftentimes howl to allow them to bounce off the mountains to throw off enemies. This is also what attracted a wild pack of dogs to their territory, who drove the Howlers out of their territory and are now seeking shelter elsewhere, where the clans are.

Eventually, once the dogs are driven off, the clans and rogues will make a long-lasting alliance for future generations. Some of the agreements will be: any group is permitted to approach each other in peace for help or shelter if needed. So if something happens to the Howlers territory again or one of the clans then the other side will be willing to provide temporary shelter instead of the group being uprooted permanently from their home. Groups may ask for combat assistance like they have done with the dogs. The Howlers can request backup and vice versa. Alliance will be reestablished by the leaders every first Full Moon Gathering of the season the clans and rogues teamed up. An “on behalf” cat will show up at, at least one Full Moon Gathering every season in between that time to report status on their territory and relay clan information back to their band.

This is the omen that StarClan has sent to Ivypelt:
“A dark and eerie night sky is seen, devoid of stars. A small feline pads forward slowly, glancing around in confusion. There were no stars, but yet, they could see perfectly fine, as if it were the light of day illuminating the forest. The feline eventually came across a stream, the water running calmly down the carved out land. Suddenly, they could hear a faint roar. They turn their head upstream. Nothing. Next, turned downstream. Suddenly, they could see a torrent of water rushing up the land, water pounding against the ground as it rushed towards the cat. The feline was quick to bolt away in fright, hearing thunder cracking above its head as it ran, with no clouds in sight. Winds screaming as they crash against and around the trees, causing them to creak at the force. Over all the violent noise, the sound of a multitude of howls echoing is heard in the distance, as they eventually mix together with the storm of noises.”

Back to the misinterpretation: Everyone mistakens the howls coming together as a clash against clans and Howlers. This is not true, however, as it’s actually a warning that the clans must come together, full force, to help eradicate a threat to a band of rogues seeking a temporary territory space while dogs have driven them out of their territory. (The mix is supposed to be the clans and rogues coming together to drive out the dogs in the rogues territory.)

Rules:

~ Since this is a closed group roleplay, there may not be as many characters to interact with. So everyone is permitted to make as many characters as they like, so long as you can handle them (I hope you know). You are allowed to make more as the roleplay goes on if you wish.
~ Posting orders may be implemented if many people are in one area so people aren’t getting ninja'd on accident (if it happens, that’s ok). A skip implement may be added. For either people who don’t do it within a certain time or just aren’t feeling it right now. (It will probably be allowed for the person to personally post “skip” in the IC thread itself if they need to.)
~ No powers applied on your characters, unless it’s StarClan, Medicine Cat, etc related. If it’s from StarClan, it will probably need approval first.
~ Please use the basic character sheets, or if you have your own or wish to add to it, then do that.
~ High ranked characters. FCFS. Le, De, Me, Me Ap. Only two high ranks per person total (unless they’re an NPC). May have only one high rank in one clan. (Ex. you can only have a Leader in TC. Nothing else high ranking in TC.) Can’t have the same position in another clan. (Can’t have a Medicine Cat/Apprentice in one clan and another in a different clan.) You may have a Howler high rank (Lead Guard, Hunter, or Beta) if you have your limit of two already in the clans, however. Don’t ask for Howler NPCs though. You can ask for Clan NPC high ranks if you want if nothing significant has involved them yet.
