Two scrolls. One of which says "A river of gems will reflect the glow of hope within the nightsky, the sky, the sand, the rains." This one would be collected by a Night/Sky hybrid of the Sky Kingdom, a Skywing within the same land, a Sandwing no longer following their queen and two Rainwings.
The other isn't any less cryptic, "The swirling sea will churn up the strength of the mud and night, as well as the sea itself." This would find itself in the talons of a Nightwing, two Seawings and Mudwings, as well as Night/Rain hybrid.
It is clear to all that they must either meet at the Diamond Spray River, or one of the abandoned islands of the Sea Kingdom, depending on which scroll is received.
They are unaware of the other scroll and the other dragon's existences, as well as the fate that now binds them all together.
Harvest Moon
Even as Harvey soared gracefully through the jagged, snowy peaks of the mountains that had been kept so far away from the war, the Sky Kingdom's sky itself smelled as if it had been dipped in the blood of the soldiers that had fallen.

As a dragonet of two warring tribes, she was forced to pick a side from the beginning, and Harvey had decided quickly that her loyalty lay with the Skywings, however with the war she was beginning to see a new side to her tribe. A brutal part of her tribe. She was aware of them being incredibly powerful, but the bodies that lined the borders of their Kingdom alerted her to the fact that they might be a bit more aggressive then need be. Nevertheless, she had hardly any time to worry about this as a scroll had appeared in her home.

The scroll had no sender written down, all that was mentioned was, "A river of gems will reflect the glow of hope within the nightsky, the sky, and the rains." Initially, seeking out what this scroll may have meant sounded blasphemous, but Harvey found herself intrigued. She of course knew the "river of gems" was the Diamond Spray River, however, what was the glow of hope? She supposed she would just find out when she got there, though Harvey was prepared for any form of battle that may occur.
Gila
Gila laughed with glee as he beat his wings as fast as he possibly could, two Rainwings shouting at him from behind- however he wouldn't pause to listen to them for any reason. After all, he had just stolen a lot of fruit from them and after what felt like an eternity he noticed them finally dip to the ground and leave as he entered the Sand Kingdom.

Smiling to himself, he then slowed his pace slightly to ease the pounding ache in his wings. "Guess I've overdone it this time, haha." Gila mumbled to himself and he glided down towards the Sandwing dragonets. "Here you are friends! Food, and plenty of it, but make sure to ration it. I doubt there will be enough for everyone soon with the way this war is going." He mumbled to himself.

Gila then trotted away and came to a halt near a large sand dune. He had sent out letters to dragons of any tribe, asking them to meet up with him. However, only a Seawing, Icewing, Rainwing, and a peculiar looking- and what he suspected to be- hybrid accepted. He was grateful that only the Seawing would be on opposing sides to the others, so perhaps he would be able to convince them to work together. Or maybe not and he would have to communicate with two groups at once, which would be a pain- so he really hoped that he could get them to work together.

Perhaps his charm and a little bit of venomous tail waving would convince the dragons to work together.
Queen Hibiscus
A frown grew on the pink queen's face as she readjusted her hibiscus crown back to the top of her head. More land and dragons were being lost each day, dragons came back home badly wounded only for the healers to already be overwhelmed. The only thing that appeared to be working in their favor was their venom and sleeping darts- as both are the main reasons the Nightwings had such trouble fighting them. Of course, knowing the terrain was also helpful.

Despite her tribes pleas, Queen Hibiscus refused to enter the fight herself, stating many times with a huff that she was too important to die off now, as her daughter was not fit to be a queen just yet.

Her tail flicked with irritation as her scales rippled with red as three more Nightwings were brought before her. "Bite them with your venom, the only good Nightwing is a dead one! I do not wish to be asked about anymore Nightwings, if you have them, kill them!" She stamped her feet with a snort while their scales turned all different sorts of hues of uncertainty.

She had no time to deal with incompetence when she was busy handling their economy, building more healer huts, finding more potential soldiers and healers, awarding generals, and more. Being the queen was a pain when it came to war.

Bastet

Bastet laid sprawled partially on her throne, frowning at a pair of traitorous SandWings caught sneaking out to go aide in the war efforts. Her tongue flicked out in annoyance. This was the third time since the last brightest night. She tail curled, the barb glinting maliciously in the light peeking down through stained glass windows.

"Just kill them, I'm growing weary of dealing with this..."
Lily

Lily stood on the fringes of the rainforest, two NightWings laid writhing at her fore-talons clawing desperately at their faces. The black ichor of her venom slowly turning them unrecognizable to well... Anyone. The Hybrid sneered, her fangs peeking out from her upper lip and still oozing venom.

Chamealeon sat by the riverbank of the Diamond Spray Delta he waited patiently for the others to arrive. He hoped there would be fighting fighting with the best in his mind, he was aching to use his Venom on someone. Some skywings flew overhead He was a rainwing, so they souldn't mind him being there he was on their side. Red-gold and orange dragons flew in all directions. Instinctively he darted under the trees. There must be a fight going on somewhere, probably mud wings . "No one is here yet no one is here yet." he checked the scroll again "I'm sure pretty it means the diamond spray Delta," he questioned himself.

The sun cleaved a blazing red trail through the sky as it rose above the skyline. The colorful sunset reminded Apex of a myth about a Skywing who guided the Sun during its journey through the heavens, responsible for both sunrise and sunset, that she’d heard when she was only a dragonet. She would have disregarded the story a few years ago, but now she was in the mood for consideration. Plays and performances had started to grow on her over the years.

The crimson dragon pushed open the door to a cheerful restaurant, her eyes landing on the slim form of a Skywing with vibrant orange scales—one of her closest friends who she’d known for a few decades now—just as the bell rang, causing the dragon to turn in her direction with a welcoming smile.

Picking her way through the tables, Apex exchanged pleasantries with her friend as she placed an order. But she wasn’t in the mood for conversation today; her mind was on a certain scroll.

Sitting down with her order at one of the free tables outside of the building, she leaned back in her chair with a mug of coffee in her claws. Taking a slow sip of the hot drink, she thought back to the letter.

“A river of gems will reflect the glow of hope within the nightsky, the sky, and the rains.”

For one, it was probably a joke. But she was getting tired of her new life. It lacked something that her days as a soldier had; it lacked passion. After she retired, she’d told herself that she’d find that fire somewhere else, and this was as good of a place to start as anything else.

So, she’d be leaving in a few days.

Apex shook her head from her perch above the Diamond Spray River. She had just arrived, and was patiently waiting for something to happen, for a sign. The wait wasn’t even the worse part because she didn’t know what would happen after it ended. For all she knew, she could be attacked.

The SkyWing reached back to touch the handle of her spear as she settled down on the rocky outcrop. Either way, she was content to wait, ready for whatever was coming.

Chamealeon poked his head out from the trees then slowly his gray body followed. He stared up at the skywing, waiting for her to say something. In a short second he showed his letter to see if he she had one too. He was tense and ready to leap at the Skyway if she meant him any harm.

Havoc had come a long way to the kingdom of the Sea, their wings beating drowning out all but the air whistling past their ears. They were told to go here, to meet what they could only assume to be a MudWing and a SeaWing here. Or, well, not here, but near here.

It was warm here, the sun shining down on their scales and helping soothe their wings that had been feeling so tired all morning. But they kept flying, scales shifting to look like an average NightWing, if a little duller than usual. That way, the SeaWings wouldn't kill them on sight.

Arriving at the island, it seemed empty. The hybrid have a huff of annoyance before they landed, stretching out their wings before tucking them away and curling up in the muddy sand. It was cool against their claws, a nice contrast to the sun against their back. A small ripple of yellow moved through them, quickly suppressed by Havoc. Now they waited.
Viper hissed impatiently as once again he turned, following the river, and nobody was there. He was told that there would be others- well, not told, but it was implied. The scroll he held in his claws said "river of gems", which meant the Diamonds Spray River. And of course, following it, there was nobody.

Thankfully, it was midday, so it wasn't like a NightWing would kill him, but he missed the warm sands of his home, and his little brother. Viper shook his head at this thought, instead focusing on the river and-

Is- is that a SkyWing? And a RainWing? They weren't fighting, but they were staring at each other. Viper quickened his pace, darting to a rock in the middle of the river where he perched and waited for something to happen. Were these the dragons he was supposed to meet?
Light gave a cheerful hum as she made her way to the indicated island, waving at whatever SeaWings she saw. The rainforest had been a stressful time- the mindreading had helped pinpoint where everyone was, particularly the RainWings, but now that she was in friendly lands, she hated it again.

The island wasn't empty, to the dragon's surprise. A fellow NightWing was curled in the sand, looking... tired. And their thoughts were empty, for the moment. A dull, buzzing quiet. It was relaxing, not hearing anything like she was used to.

She dove down to the island, stopping with a quick extension of her wings. It'd felt good, that she finally had done something other than glide and occasionally fly. The letter in a pouch was just itching to be shown to the other NightWing, who at this point was glaring at her and their thoughts were still wordless, but now slightly annoyed and.. anxious?

"I have this letter- ugh, let me get it-" Light said, taking the parchment out and showing it to the NightWing, who gave a nod at seeing it. "I'm Lightsealer, or Light if you want. I'm also, uh, pangender, so she/they/he, any is fine."

"I have one too." Their voice was dull and quiet, and so were their thoughts. Why did I have to get this stupid letter? The NightWing pulled out their copy of the same letter and held it out. "Also. Havoc, they/them."

Chamealeon hissed, baring his fangs at the new dragon. A sandwing and and skywing! This is definitely trouble. He backed towards the trees but, bumped into one. He jumped back in Surprise spraying Venom all over it, and fell back with a thud

Pigeon flew towards an island with 2 Nightwings, Landing softly beside them. This had to be the island it had two night wings on it in SeaWing territory! She backed up wishing her brother was already there. She felt a creeping feeling from one of them like someone was watching her.

Harvest Moon
The hybrid came upon a strange sight. Rainwings, a Skywing, and a Sandwing. All in the same area. Had they been summoned by the same letter? How interesting. Harvey's scales glimmered in the sunlight as she landed near the dragons that weren't spraying things with venom.

She scrunched her nose in distaste as the tree bark burned. "Well this is... interesting to say. I did not expect others to be here." Her tail swished as she spoke, looking down at the other dragons as she stayed in the air where she was best at combat.

"So!" She clasped her front talons together. "What brings you dragons all here?"

"Hello, uh. Can I help you?" Light glanced at the newest arrival- the MudWing. "Why are you here?" The NightWing felt herself tense, wary of the newest arrival. Sure, the MudWings were on the NightWing's side, but still. Wariness crept on on her until her mind focused on the MudWing's thoughts, them drifting to wariness and... a letter.

"Do you have a, uh, letter? Like this?" Light held up the letter she'd been given, and hoped the MudWing would recognize it.
Havoc was instantly on edge- their scales were quickly not those of a NightWing and were now dull greys and purples. They edged away from the new arrival and lashed their tail, hissing a question. "Who are you."

They knew their cover as a NightWing was blown- they were actively not a normal dragon. They were an abomination and torn in half, and they were useless. But that wasn't what they should think of- they needed to think about getting this war ended.
Viper gave a hiss back at the RainWing. "What, afraid of a SandWing?" He gave a raise of his eye ridge, looking at the RainWing who had just spat venom all over a tree. "We're distinctly not taking sides, you know."

Glancing up at the newest arrival, a hybrid dragon, he rolled his eyes and answered. "Same as all you, this letter brings me here. Viper, pleasure to make your acquaintance."

Chamealeons eyes darted to the new dragon in the sky. He slowly answered the question with a question, "Why are you here?" He slowly pointed to all the different dragons. He bared his fangs at them as a precaution feeling like one of them would lunge at him in a moments notice.

Talomar darted through the river looking for fish. When she finally caught a catfish she climbed ashore to eat it. She heard someone talking and looked up to see a dragon flying right above her. Then she looked over to see a skywing a sandwing and A rainwing. She slowly backed into the woods hoping none of them noticed her but, the rainwing had turned his head and was staring right at her.

Pigeon revealed her letter to the night wings but, she was caught off guard when one of the Nightwing started changing color. She realized immediately that it must be one of the hybrids. "I'm... ...waiting for someone, did you get the letter too?"
