They were starting to move some of the foods and other things below, into the underground storage area. For now it was an experiment. If they could start expanding underground that would be very beneficial after all. So he was reorganizing the original storage space that’s now being used for things like metal and circuits. And the occasional stone for Squeak. The zombies deadbodies now laying around as they finished battle. Diath frowns as his primal eyes are all narrows. "That's..... a little bit unexpected, those zombies are tougher than the normal zombies my lord." Morgana says, still panting. She is looking at one Karecxus soilder was killed in the battle, her face is serious looking. "They are not like normal zombies. They are smarter, faster. Some of them even knew how to use the dragons breath. And the most strange things I couldn't read their emotions." Diath frowns, his primal eyes concentrate to the middle a bit. He gazes at the plague doctors that doing their work in the ruin at the distance. All of them cover in thick coats and masks. Some of them take samples of the red goo, the others use some equipments to clear out the red goo. "But whatever, we need to take more effort into this. There must be something behind this." Diath says, as he looks at the sky of the Scarred Wasteland. The red-orange sky that only can be seen in the Scarred Wasteland as the moist mixed heat comes from the ground.

Diath and Morgana walk to a Imperial dragon in tent. He is the head of those plague doctors, he directs the clearing process but doesn't directly join the clearing team. "Have you discovered something?" Diath ask. "My lord, we discovered these." The Imperial points to Diath and Morgana with few glass bottles sealed with runes in their claws. Those bottles were being created by the mages in Karecxus in order to keep some dangerous substance. In those bottles, there are few red and purple crystal shards in them. All of them carved with runes. Diath looks at those runes carefully. The way that the rune being carved on purple crystal seems pretty new. Those runic magic just appear in recent years. However, the runes on those red crystal.... those runes appearance seems pretty ancient. Diath wonders. The way that those runes carved can chase back to the "elemental war" period. "So, this ruin were built in elemental war period, but there are dragons started to use it recently..... Or some dragons are using those ancient magic planning to do something." Diath thinks. "Continue investegate, I and Morgana will go back to Karecxus to do some research. If you discovered something else, report to me immediately." Diath says and leaves with Morgana.
