Aryas suspicions were proven to be justified as the sound of shattering glass that was quickly followed up by a building toppling. That was from just behind him, there was lot of civilians there, on the road and he didn't know how many could have been inside the building. Shouldn't have turned that rubble to glass, really shot himself in the foot. He darted from where he was hiding, made it to the road ans surveyed for a second. This confirmed it, there was definitely people under there. Now the ones who were walking were probably as good as dead, but the ones in the vehicles might have a chance. As he rushed back into the alleyway he grabbed a chunk of the rubble, letting the glass spread. It would make it way lighter, plus the sous trapped under it could see, and if they had the strength kick through it.
Once they were standing over the even bigger mess of the alley something clicked. Guy with superstrength who avoided fights, until he just went ape? Low and behold. the very person Arya called himself crazy for suspecting. Funny who he met two big names today, might as well say hello to the other bird and get their signature.
"Hey!! You that freaky property damage guy I keep hearing about?" He sounded mocking but man was he scared, still, good to try and distract him better then having that hostage get killed.

"They asked me if I had a degree in theoretical physics. I said I had a theoretical degree in physics. They said welcome aboard"
Three seconds.
It took three seconds for it all to get shot to hell.
God fu—" Crow snarled, pressing the call button. Or the equivalent. It didn't even ring, patching the vigilante into Amethyst's private coms.
"Four! I need backup! Seventh block third alley!" And then Crow was gone, tossing their unneeded items down and leaping over the building, running across the shattering thing.
They needed water! It'd be so easy to make ice if—
Think fast, child.
The surrounding area cooled rapidly as Crow reached to the very edges of their range, pulling as much heat as they physically could with them.
Target only the things not near heat-signatures.
The sound of wood cracking and the smell of smoke exploded into the air, as, all at once, the building practically snapped apart at the seams.
Rock crumbled from the stress of rapid temperature change, wood was vaporized, the glass at the bottom of the building melted then hardened to provide some sort of support as things fell, and though they could already smell the blood permeating through the air, they had managed to lessen the impact.
And instead of rocks falling on the pedestrians below, it was a thick dust...
Which, being honest, was almost as bad, but it bought time.
Not so for CrowCall, though, as they couldn't use their quirk that fast without major repercussions.
Blood was beginning to pool inside their mask, cutting off their air-supply and draining out the vents. It was vaporized in the heat still hanging around them, though.
But they couldn't move.
Everything hurt too much.
The damage was horrible.
Fletcher tackled the hostage away from the building as it collapsed, Avaure sizing-up as much as he could to try and shove it away.
It was probably illegal using his quirk as he did, but he didn't care—
much of the building abruptly turned to dust above his tail, nearly tripping the size-shifter up as he lost balance.
No issue, though.
"Av! Protect the civilians," Fletcher yelled, knowing heroes were probably already being called.
There was just one problem with that.
Avature couldn't really move too well, with a particularly large piece of cement pinning his tail to the ground and some heavy concrete dust keeping him still.
Well, heavy since it was in mass, anyway.
If he moved, he ran the risk of dropping it on people.
Joy.

(Sorry for the vague descriptions, trying not to violate FR's gore rules! please let me know if you'd like me to edit this and make it a little less graphic, though I tried my best already haha.)
It was strange how no heroes had shown up at this point, but for Tino it meant good luck. He gave nothing more than a friendly wave to the colorful person that was shouting at him, normally he'd respond but not now. Talk could wait, just this once. He shivered with excitement as dust completely covered his surroundings- but this also meant that those around him wouldn't be able to see him. Admittedly the strength of the- whom Tino assumed were- vigilantes nearly convinced him to run away, but for some reason he felt a primal urge to get the hostage.
There they were. A strange man and the hostage, but both were turned away from Tino; the hostage underneath the man, but there was a slight opening. A slight opening to kick the person in the side. Tino wanted to run, he wasn't intentionally violent... most of the time. So why did he want to hurt this person so badly? Well, it was better to go with your gut then to fight it- so using the cover of the smoke, he approached the pair, staring at Fletcher; then, he kicked just underneath Fletcher- right into the hostage's side.
A shrill shriek rang through the chilly night sky, the gentle rain finally washing away the heavy concrete smoke. There on the ground lay the hostage, whose chest was completely smashed on the side, the only thing maintaining its original form were half of the ribs that protruded outwards in a blood-soaked mess of various chunks.
Tino had already managed to slip away through the chaos, though unsure if any of the people there had seen his escape or not; unsure if he was being followed or not. With his adrenaline rush gone, tears welled up in the corners of his eyes. Why had he done that? He began to run into another alleyway, being as gentle as possible so the concrete beneath him only had slight cracks in them. He needed time to think about what just happened. Through this panic, Tino didn't notice his leg was dripping with hot blood from the victim.

Damn!! How great was this? Not only was there a million bits of highly reflective glass, but now a bunch of dust got added to the mix. Was that crows doing? Could they even do that? If it was, that was mildly terrifying, how fun it was knowing absolutely nothing about anyone. Howd heroes deal with this on top of all that legal and moral garbage?! They were nuts. Arya was in the process of jumping down when what he witnessed nearly caused him to land face first. Hed heard of the things Brutus did, everyone had! But Seeing it?? Yeah, seeing what was left and how it happened so quick was, it was.... Sick. He shook his head, calmed down. He was not afraid of blood, never had been, but he was blessed with a power that made sure he never had to deal with it in liquid form, only easily disposed of shards.
He gave a shaky wave at the now red stained Detective and looked up towards his naga looking partner. He didn't really catch the guys name, but he did see the chunk of concrete. He ran past them both, but made sure to hit the piece that pinned the vipers tail down, that would lighten the load alot, might take a few seconds, maybe 30, but he figured they'd hold out. Or maybe it would make it harder, either way he didn't exactly care. Instead of sticking around he went tearing after where he had last seen 'Brutus' not spotting any cracks but grinning when he found the blood. The perks of stained glass.
"Coward!! Rumors were true, I was kind of hoping you wouldn't be so easily spooked." Arya, no, Glasshouse glared down the alley, voice furious. He himself had no idea why he cared so much about this, he wasn't good! He played on the winning side, or whoever was paying him better, but something about what just happened, really ticked him. He very quickly crouched, watching the glass start spreading through the ground. Chances were that quirk would demolish it, maybe get the guy stuck. That'd be nice.

"They asked me if I had a degree in theoretical physics. I said I had a theoretical degree in physics. They said welcome aboard"
Crow was stuck.
They hadn't realized that there was a glass spike shooting through their hand until it was a little too late.
As it was, they were bleeding from the nose, mouth, and ears. The blood was coming faster than it was draining... they couldn't reach the release hatch of the mouthplate.
They heard Fletcher's scream.
Rage. Pain. Fury.
Get up.
You need to get up.
You can't let him get away.
Amethyst cursed, wings already aching from hauling her dumb teammate out to the field. Mekoshi didn't like heights. At all, but this was a desperate situation.
The pair practically crashed down on the building Crow's signal had been coming from, just catching the tail-end of the scene.
"Cobra! Track 'em down! I'll help the survivors! Go!"
Mekoshi nodded, breaking into a run and leaping to the next building. He followed the cracks, recognizing the destruction pattern... though, the glass was unfamiliar, he also knew the damage pattern of Flame's Invert.
Kid'd tried to help, anyway.
Amethyst landed by Fletcher first, as he was the one screaming... but the victim was a lost cause.
She glanced at Avature, who shoved the glass off his tail with a wince. the cement powder was wet now; they needed to get rid of it.
Rescue heroes were beginning to flood in, anyway, and Amethyst snarled to herself, leaping up the building and tracking the thick stench of Flame's strange blood.
Like she was one to talk...

A reflexive kick sent the oncoming glass upwards in hundreds of tiny shards, Brutus gave a muffled grunt as he jerked himself backwards to avoid getting cut. He stared at the ground with wide eyes, only half-heatedly holding his fists up and he leaned into a defensive position.
"I- uhm... my bad. I'll uh- help bury the dead?" He nervously laughed as he tried to quell the colorful person's anger. He was never great with confrontation, which probably explained why he's caused so many deaths- even the accidental ones. He glanced up and noticed a figure rapidly approaching them from the distance. "Ya know I'm- uh- feeling a bit uncomfortable, let's just call it a day and no one else gets hurt. Does that sound good to you? Because it sure soundsgoodtomegoodbye!" Brutus sped out the last few words as began sprinting down the alleyway once more; waiting around for even more heroes or vigilantes to arrive didn't sound very appealing- much less getting into a fight with them.

Arya snapped around as glass was sent flying at them. Yeah, should've thought that one through a bit better, he never actually did the thinking part one day hed just not think enough and get offed right then and there. But, at least he got the guy in a defense position, he had surprise on his side.
"Bury the dead? Are you kidding me?! You already did that, thats what happens when buildings drop.
Brutus sounded way too freaked out, like some kind of kid who just got caught shoplifting or something. He did sound like someone who just left some poor guy looking like some sick Halloween decoration. What was up with that?! He was about to lunge when the guy noped right out, again!! For the second time!!
"DID YOU JUST-?!"
He spun around to go sprinting after the villain but stopped dead in his tracks, someone was coming in and they were coming fast. He wanted to scream, was this payment for the rain wish coming through? Gods he hoped that wasnt a hero. Or wait, scratch that, evil backup.

Mekoshi, as soon as he was in range, took a deep breath. He'd had to get close, merely a few yards away from Glasshouse.
But he didn't stop moving, anyway. Just in case they couldn't hear him.
"HALT!" His shout ravaged his vocal chords and he could tell it was going to hurt in the morning, but it was worth a shot.
If Am wasn't looking, she would have tripped over Crow.
The kid was half-curled up, a disgusting bubbling sound coming from their mask. Blood was everywhere, spilling out of their mask and dripping onto the ground. Not to mention the shard of glass going through their hand.
"You f****** sh**-wad!" Am shouted, the language unfamiliar and harsh to likely everyone in the area. "Jet's going to kill you! AND THEN ME!" She crouched down, worry apparent in her voice as she released the mouth-guard, opening the blood floodgates and watching it spill out. "Bleeding stop?"
"Yeah. Mostly. How are the rescue attempts?" Flame asked, voice weak and hoarse.
"Viri's on call. They'll be okay."
"...Okay." The vigilante didn't protest as Amethyst snapped the shard by the base and hauled them up, wings spreading.
Avature worked with the rescuers, hauling heavy pieces off and using his tail as a holding place for them, movements slow enough that they'd be fine.
Fletcher looked done. Just... he couldn't.
He was so useless in that situation. It sickened him, and honestly, turning his badge in poked at the back of his mind.
Someone with a quirk would've done better.
Someone with a quirk should handle the station.
A quirkless idiot like him wasn't fit for the job.

All of the screaming just made Brutus' pace quicken, he did not want to deal with a battle tonight. As he rounded a corner he used a lamp pole to give himself a boost, then chucked it behind him at where he assumed his pursuer was. Running was the only thing he could think of right now as he blinked a few tears out of his vision.
He didn't know how many people were following him, or how close they were; all he knew was to keep going until he reached a dead end, but luckily that hadn't happened yet. Brutus would occasionally reach down and hurl rocks behind him, which would slam into buildings with the force of grenades. Then, he finally spotted an opportunity.
However, before he could reach that opportunity, his body forced itself to stop at the sudden call of a "HALT!" His heart sank as he completely stopped dead in his tracks.

Arya actually screamed this time, but he muffled it. Of course a hero had to show up!! OF COURSE!! Heavens forbid he actually try helping cause he could for once! Might aswell go smack some kid and watch him turn into a tiffiny lamp in the middle of the street. That would be pretty funny, yeah it would be hilarious.
"Thanks bud! Nice of you to just swoop in when i was about to finish this right here! Really needed those good guy points didn't you?!"
He knew who that was, the cobra and his stupid silver tongue screaming that was making him think that he should actually stop dead and sit here nice and patiently, haha, like h/ll he would. He moved, not as fast as he'd like, his stupid legs didn't want to.
"Might want to focus on the guy throwing rocks, hes the confirmed villain." Arya did not think himself evil, not a killer of heroes, but tonight? Who knows, maybe hed slip and accidentally change the material of someones body.
