Tino jumped backwards, startled by the sudden yelp of a person within the group that he watched. The ground in a 3-foot radius around him cracked, with the concrete closest to him shattering like glass. Clumsily he tried to stable himself on the wall again, but his weight leaned onto his arm and the side of the building smashed under the pressure, sending half of the building toppling down as people from the group started running.

Tino tried to use the collapsing building as a cover for safety. He dove straight into the mess of concrete and brick in an attempt to enter into the building and hide in it; unfazed by what hit him, though some scratches on his forearms had begun to bleed from the small scratches they gained when falling nails scraped his skin.

What a situation this had turned into. The group was speaking french for sure, but sadly not one he was familiar with. Though that would probably be helpful for tracking down this group later, it wasn't exactly common to find here. Arya has just noticed the freakishly strong guy was back when he heard the damage being caused, and was trying to focus on that before everything went sideways. One of the villains got shot by gods knew what from gods knew where, the rest charged at wall guy and now? Well now the building was crumbling.

He jumped down in a flash of bright reds, blues and yellows, ripping off a glove in the process. Huh, hadn't had something this fun in awhile, maybe his favorite cruiser would pull up and hed go taunt the officers just to have a perfect night. The first thing he did when he dropped was make sure to touch the remnants of that building. Yeah the now spreading glass would hurt to get cut by, but at least it wouldn't crush whoever was under it.

"Hey perdants." He turned next to who he presumed were gang members, snatching one of their legs and watching it get a lot more transparent before laughing internally. Really doing this had no right to be enjoyable, probably something he should worry about. Arya dashed to a different spot, back to the wall. Somebody out their had range, and judging by the screaming the last thing he needed was to get hit, he prayed they were on his side.

"They asked me if I had a degree in theoretical physics. I said I had a theoretical degree in physics. They said welcome aboard"
Well...

That was unexpected.

Time for an assist.

Crow took a deep breath, mouth-plates sliding into the sides of their mask.

Normally, neither of the Birds carried flares. Because they didn't need them,

The air grew colder rapidly, and that removed heat pooled in the vigilante's throat. Clasping both hands around their mouth, Crow closed their eyes...

And released.

A brilliant plume of gold fire shot into the night sky.

A beacon.

Crow snarled under their breath, dropping down and firing off another shot. "You're gonna get me arrested!" They shouted at the other who'd made the collapsing building into glass.

Their voice was very feminine, but it was obviously due to a modifier.

"Actually, no, they know my quirk. You're gonna get yourself arrested." They landed just as someone else started screaming. Among the injured... about two left.

"'Got five minutes before they get here; may wanna bolt," CC advised, snapping the zip-tie keeping the hostage pinned. They turned their attention to the civilian.

"I can get you safe, but I need to pick you up."

The man didn't hesitate, nodding with a feverish panic in his eyes.

Fletcher and Avature weren't sure what to expect; they had no idea where they were going...

Until the screaming started.

A building collapsed.

And a bright plume of gold fire shot into the air, familiar to the two.

"Over there!" Fletch directed his driver, pointing toward the building.

Tokyo's Birds appeared to be in trouble.

Tino's ears rang loudly with a shrill screech and he held his hands over his head. His heart thumped painfully against his chest as a surge of sickening adrenaline rushed through his veins. He felt his entire body tremble with energy as tears developed at the corners of his eyes. There was too much going on- why where there so many people tonight? This was a horrible feeling. Horrible. Horrible.

Delightful. What a delightful feeling. Tino let out a small chuckle as he raised his head once more. This elation was always fun when it came around as it gave a strange sense of serenity- as if nothing could ever hurt him ever again. He stared through the glass that had formed around his shelter at the gorgeous fire that burned through the sky. Fire in rain? Tino felt incredibly lucky to have seen such a sight, and his smile grew ever wider underneath his mask.

As if the sight of the bright gold flare wasn't enough, hearing a shot and looking over to see CrowCall? Safe to say that Arya's soul had momentarily left their body. They blinked rapidly a few times, confirming that yes, they just got involved with the big leagues. Nice, add this one to the callender.

"Psh, ill be fine. Thanks for dropping in by the way, big fan." He answered calmly, even though it was hard to do so. His own voice modifier was crackly, like a song playing over a somewhat busted speaker. The thug he got earlier was crawling now, one leg already out of commission. Arya stomped down on it, rendering everything under the mid thigh as dust but stopping the spread. He didn't exactly want bodies on his name tonight.

"Yeah, probably should. Those guys were speaking french by the way, weird dilect in case you ever need to hunt them down." He ran a single hand through his long hair, this was really bizarre. That many people and one hostage? Something had to be up, something really had to be. He was about to go climb up on the roofs again when a noise caught his attention, laughing? From the now glass building, that really didnt sound like it was going to be good, he might ditch the plan of mocking police tonight.

Crow was about to say something, but was interrupted by footsteps. "Detective!" they chirped, setting the freed hostage on a closed-dumpster to keep them out of the way.

"I underestimated you; you're getting faster~" They hummed, waaaaay too happy that there were police there now. They subtly moved to block the 'fan's' escape.

That's right...

All eyes on me, for now.

"Gods be damned, Crow, what did you do to this place?!" The man ask-yelled, Avature sizing up and slithering off to investigate and restrain.

"—And where's Night?" They were growing suspicious, the glass wasn't Crow's doing; they knew that. Neither was the collapsed building. Crow didn't have—didn't use that kind of firepower.

"He went home early. Rain and all." Crow began picking up their used darts, the villains not knocked out from the pain spasming on the floor. "So... same song and dance?"

They'd never caught Crow. Not really even close; and with all the rubble about and the places they could hide... both of them could end up harming civilians... even without use of their quirk.

"...no."

"Figured. That's good though! Here's a rundown—"

CrowCall recounted the entire tale truthfully...

Mostly.

They touched on someone with a glass quirk being there, but didn't mention much else about it. Then the strength quirk, but nothing else.

"'Could still be here. Dunno. Annnyway... ciao!" The vigilante leaped up, bouncing off the wall of another house nearby and vaulting up to the adjacent building.

The 'wait' hadn't even left Fletcher's lips.

Joy.

Tino watched all of the strange people through the glass, humming to himself as he still slightly shook from a bit of adrenaline. The police were here now. He was going to have to tread lightly as to not get into trouble- despite his innate desire to crack open someone's rib cage, he would just have to wait it out and hopefully he wouldn't kill anyone...

Then something caught his attention, and Tino's mind went blank; only noticing sound of gentle rain and the freed hostage who was sitting upon a closed dumpster. As he stared through the colorful glass a thought suddenly occurred to him. 'Where were the heroes?' Tino's smile fell as the word 'hero' entered his mind. What a disgusting and corrupt system.

He shook his head, there was no time to think of such things- right now he had to focus on watching the hostage. It felt as if something was trying to pull Tino to them.

Arya had just started to look over at the detective when their vision was blocked, and escape. Not cool, that was a really bad deal. Crow sounded really happy, but he he couldn't really judge nor blame them he knew what it was like to have a favorite goodie to bug. Still, he wouldn't say preventing his own escape was great, that sucked.

They listened to the conversation, and Crows rundown of the mess of a situation that just went down. They didn't really seem to pick up on who he was, plus neither of them sounded like the regular gal who had been trying to smack him over the head and drag him back to the station. He was still on that thought when CC leaped away as fast as they'd appeared, leaving Arya standing a ways behind the officers.

"Heya officers, fun night for you hey?" He smiled under his mask and greeted them with the hand-horn/rock hand gesture that the vigilante Glasshouse was so famous for. He used the same hand to point to the pile messy piled of stained glass, the color of the once building. "Oh that creepy strength quirk guy? Hes in there, have fun!" With that he dashed up the still ladders attached to the wall, impressive for someone who didnt have any kind of enhancing powers and hit it his own quirk before zipping away. It was better to make it incredibly difficult in case one of them wanted to follow.

Still. Arya tried to remain in earshot, something just felt awful, he couldnt make himself vanish.

Crow was perched on a radio antenna by the time the other got up, watching.

They didn't seem to mind the rain, but what they did mind was the sinking feeling that was beginning to appear.

Something was wrong.

They watched Fletcher opened his mouth to stop the other vigilante, but hadn't even gotten a word out by the time he was gone.

Crow just caught mutterings of 'I've been on a wild goose chase since the start of my shift because of those two'.

Avature—having thick underbelly scales—slithered slowly into the building, Fletcher dealing with the now-free hostage.

Crow bit their lip under their mask, ears flattening.

They dislodged something from the hardened collarbone plate, fiddling with it. It just seemed like a black box... rubix cube... thing.

Until they started clicking pieces into place. It was what seemed to be a phone, looking more as they slid a sheet of glass into it and started fiddling.

"You'd better pick up if I have to call," they muttered to themself, typing something in.

SMASH!

The hundreds of shards of glass were sent flying in all directions as the dome was smashed into pieces. Tino grabbed a piece that was particularly dense and looked sturdier than the others and slid it into his jacket pocket.

He reached his hand out in front of him, as if lazily reaching out for the freed hostage with his blood-stained purple gloves. Despite Tino's best efforts the pull he felt towards this person was an overpowering sensation; not that he wanted to fight it of course, he wanted to learn about it, about why this person was so intriguing to him.

He wanted to meet them face-to-face, however the police might pose as a threat. So, Tino kicked the last bit of the building that kept it up, as at first only a portion of it had come down, but now all 7 stories of brick, wood, and concrete slammed onto the ground. As it collapsed onto the road, cars and a couple pedestrians were flattened into the ground. Tino hoped this would pose as a good enough distraction, but he wasn't sure if there were enough people killed under the building for them to care.
