Shadow hunters
A RPG Fantasy style Roleplay
The world is full of human animal hybrids (Humans with animal traits), most of which have some sort of magic. Mythical animals used to be more common, but over time their numbers slowly dwindled. Few mythical animals have been seen during the time that the role play takes in (only 3, all others stay hidden).
The roleplay follows a group of people sent on a quest by a mythical kitsune to stop mysterious thing only known as the shadow. It's an RPG style roleplay, where different choice would lead you along a different path. (This would be done by a two choices in
bold. The group would then discuss in character on what to do, and then answer, the result of your choice would be posted.

Our story starts in Lux, the capital of this world. Home to the three mythicals, and magic central. The city was formed thousands of years ago, when the shadow was defeated by the first mythical, the first light elemental user. Sense then, magic has flourished, everyone can access it, even those who are born without magic. Sprawling marketplaces cover the capital, most of which sell a variety of enchantments and offer classes to train magic. Cities all over the planet, Libra, have flourished. There's hardly any sickness or fighting, the world is finally at peace.
However, where there is light, there must also be darkness. People with dark magic are being born more and more frequently, a strange sickness has started infecting the population, a sickness that drains the infected's magic core. The shadow is back.
How the roleplay starts: Your characters live in the capital city, where the sickness has not reached yet. Interact with each other, and once you do that the real adventure will begin, good luck everyone.

Lucky ran down the alleyway, guards in hot pursuit. she clutched the stolen necklace tightly in her hand, eventually managing to lose them by climbing up the dead-end alleyway's wall before they could round the corner. She jumped off the roof and into a bale of hay, climbing out of it as the cart it was on rambled off towards the marketplace. she wandered aimlessly after it, hoping to snag an apple or perhaps a baked good from someones stall when no one was looking

Sylvie sat outside her house, levitating a small match. It hovered level with her head, and she pulled the blanket around her tighter. She glanced at a couple of the police walking down the street. She stood up, and the match fell to the ground. Normally she didn't see police, maybe something had happened?

Myk wandered about the marketplace, looking at all the goods being sold. Right in front of him was a stall selling the usual fruits, vegetables, dairy products, and kitchenware. Nothing particularly caught his eye that was on display here. Oh well, he thought as he hefted up his satchel a bit, looking around for any new stalls.
Lucky brushed past Myk, attempting to pick his pockets for anything valuable

Drake was pondering the rumours that had been circulating while on his way to the market, rumours of an illness draining people of their magic. he had yet to receive confirmation that it was true but it was of concern to him. as he reached the market he saw two police go past him. What was that about? he sighed and moved to the food stall.

Myk turned around, sure he had felt someone brush up against him. Looking around, he couldn't see anyone who was still nearby. What he did see, however, was some policemen. Was there someone on the loose?
Myk slowly went to check his pockets, wondering if whoever had walked by was wanted by the policemen. After a bit of rifling around, he could confirm that his pocket change had been pilfered. Well, this wasn't good.
With a little skip in her step, Lucky bought a bun from the baker's stall with what she'd just stolen. She climbed up high on some boxes and began to eat it
