I should mention, I will not be playing any specific character for this roleplay, I will use whichever subject or scientist I deem fit for the situation. I will put in some information for them when they are encountered. I hope that is alright.

Threat level: 53 (I’m not really sure how threat levels are measured, so tell me if it should be changed. I can also change or edit some things about Lute’s character if need be.)
Description: No.469 appears to be a coatl dragon covered in iridescent silver markings. Although not physically strong, it has been known to manifest weapons resembling silver tree branches and attempt to breach containment after being exposed to moonlight. It constantly emits a low pitched humming sound described as “hypnotic” during past experiments, and all attempts to communicate in common Draconic have failed, but has been known to communicate by transmitting feelings to individuals who make eye contact. All facility personnel are advised to ignore No.469’s markings if possible, and are reminded that due to No.469's effects and ill tempered nature, eye contact with it is not recommend.
Abilities: No.469’s strength seems to increase with the waxing of the moon, and draws strength from exposure to moonlight. The unusual markings covering No.469 cause anyone to look at them become transfixed on No.469 and will refuse to look away, and No.469’s humming will begin to intensify during this time. After 10 minutes, the affected individual will become incapable of movement, and the pitch of the humming will deepen, and continue to do so until the anomaly has fully taken effect. After 30 minutes, the affected individual will undergo drastic physical change, their claws becoming roots and growing branches and leaves resembling a tree from the Starwood Strand. After 1 hour, the transformation will be completed, and the newly created tree will bloom silver flowers, similar in color to No.469’s markings. The pollen spread by these flowers cause those exposed to it to become the same type of tree within the next 15 minutes.
As more trees are created, other flora will began to appear through unknown means, seemingly drawing nutrients from any metallic alloy in the area. This growth will continue until the affected area resembles a forest, every plant glowing softly with silver blooms. After the forest has covered an area of 50 square meters, several species of anomalous wildlife will appear, making homes in the newly formed forest. The wildlife has been known to be hostile to individuals not created by No.469’s anomaly. The only known way to prevent this transformation is to stop the pollen from the originally created tree from spreading, but during the new moon No.469 seems unable to activate its anomalous effects.
Additionally, if No.469’s humming is heard by another dragon before No.469 is viewed, or if No.469 is viewed while its markings are covered in any way, the individual will feel compelled to sing while listening to No.469’s humming. This seems to have no effect on the individual after leaving No.469’s presence other than increased focus and creativity during the next 14 days, although individuals have reported having strange or disturbing dreams about a forest similar to the ones created by No.469 during this time. Further research into this has been considered for future testing.
Special Note: Any metallic alloys exposed to No.469 for more than 6 months has been proven to take on anomalous quality, showing increased durability and a melting point of over 800 degrees Celsius. Attempts to weaponize this material have been extremely successful, and further use of this material to aid the facility’s defense is currently under consideration.

Freyja, a similar but more powerful dragon. Also consider how easy it would be to contain your dragon as well as if they are very hostile or not. The more compliant and sympathetic the dragon, the lower the threat level.

Alright, they tend to be very sympathetic most of the time, so I'll turn down the level to 47

Hi! Feel free to chat with me, I'm always happy to meet new people!

Also, CrystalCatStudio has the threat level basis in the above quote.
CrystalCatStudio, thank you for considering that factor. I just don't want too many 'OP' dragons running amok with no in-betweens.

Is someone specifically starting on the IC Thread, or can anyone post to start?

@QuarantineArea yes, that and the “starwood strand/magic forest spirit” idea I have for Lute’s lore was where I drew inspiration, heh. (My favorite SCP!) I see, I’ll keep the threat level as is considering Lute could easily breach containment if not handled carefully.

Anyone can post to start. Should I put in a starter post just so everyone has something to go off of?

Yes please! Also, atm I'm not the most comfortable with playing other people's characters, but I will consider it in the future! Sorry! So for now it'll just be Gale.

Hi! Feel free to chat with me, I'm always happy to meet new people!
? Oh! Crystal, I only meant consider that Freyja has similar abilities to Gale and (was) ranked lower than Gale. It was only for threat level. It is perfectly alright if you play your own character, I apologize for the misunderstanding.
I'll work on the starter post!

I honestly didn't know how the ranking for threat level was going to work, but considering as she gets easily scared and whatnot, I thought it might be better to have it there as something precautionary.
