Yes, you would add the money for whatever bonuses the dragon has to the level base price. Attendants will note that the dragon has a bonus and the extra tickets are calculated automatically. (So a level 5 nocturne would be 9,750t instead of 8,500t or 8g instead of 7g)
The gem prices are for if you want to be paid in gems instead of treasure, bonuses still apply. :)

Sage0 Sorry to be a bother, but both of the dragons I sent (69616721 & 69616723) were both Breed & Gene bonus, and it looks like only one of them got ticked off for them on the sheet :)

6 with just the breed bonus
25 with just the gene bonus
1 with the gene and color bonus
12 with no bonuses
