We are nearing the 5 year mark since my records began for the Dragonwish Foundation, and we have just granted our the 250th wish! To celebrate such an amazing accomplishment, we are raffling 250 levels - in the form of 10 level 25 dragons, all decked out in apparel!

RAFFLE RULES

This raffle will run for 3 weeks, ending on Sunday, March 28, 2021 at 20:00 FRT.
Winners shall be drawn with Random.org. Each winner picks a number of prizes equal to their rank in the list drawn, in order of preference. (First person picks one, second person picks 2, etc.)
Winners may only win once.
Winners shall have 48 hours to respond. After 48 hours has passed, winners shall be re-drawn for the remaining prizes.
The ticket attendants are Ganondorf & Sincerity11. Ticket purchases can be sent at any time, though they may take up to 48 hours to be recorded.

Certain items, particularly gene/breed scrolls, are accepted at their lowest MP/AH price.

Anyone who is a member of the DWF and has helped in any role - 1 ticket.
Breeders with wishes completed - 3 tickets per completed wish.
